Get to know me
I grew up just outside Chicago, and have lived in the Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire area for the past 18 years. I am a classically trained musician as well as a curious and passionate lifelong learner.
Qualifications & Experience
I hold a Postgraduate Diploma (MA/Level 7) in Psychosynthesis Counselling awarded by the Psychosynthesis Trust in London and Middlesex University, and accredited by both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP).
In addition to my private practice, I am also a Training Assistant at the Psychosynthesis Trust,
which runs high quality training programmes for counsellors and psychotherapists.
I have experience with a range of issues including: depression, self-esteem, anxiety and stress, addictions, bereavement, panic attacks, unresolved trauma, family and relationship concerns, career and life choices,
and questions of spirituality and meaning.
