Individual Therapy

Personal therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and begin to understand yourself on a deeper level.

Together, we will create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges at your own pace. Through this process, therapy can help you build self-awareness, strengthen your sense of self, and develop tools for navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity and resilience.

I offer 60-minute sessions in Arlesey, London Bridge, and online, making it easy to choose a format that works best for you.

Couples Therapy

Relationships are one of the most meaningful parts of our lives, but they can also be the most complex.


My couples therapy sessions are designed to help you and your partner explore relationship patterns, improve communication, and reconnect on a deeper level. Whether you’re experiencing ongoing conflict, a breakdown of trust, difficulties with intimacy, or simply want to strengthen your bond, I provide a safe, supportive, 

and non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening beneath the surface and build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Sessions are tailored to your unique needs as a couple, and we’ll focus on fostering awareness, empathy, and practical tools you can take into your everyday lives.


 I offer couples counselling online and in-person in Arlesey and London Bridge,

making therapy accessible wherever you are.

 

Each one hour session is £75

Coaching

If you’re not looking for traditional therapy but want goal-focused support, coaching may be the right path for you.


Through personal and professional coaching, we’ll work together to clarify your goals, identify what’s holding you back, and create actionable steps to help you move forward with confidence.

 

Coaching sessions can help with career transitions, building confidence, setting boundaries, managing stress, or creating balance between work and personal life.


This process is insight-driven and action-oriented, helping you feel more aligned, focused, and empowered to make intentional choices that support the life you want to build.

Single Session: £85 per hour session

4-Session Bundle: £320

Clinical Supervision

Supervision is a vital part of ethical, reflective, and sustainable practice as a therapist.


I offer individual supervision and group supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, and trainees, with a focus on integrative, psychosynthesis, and transpersonal approaches.


Our work together will support your clinical practice by providing space to explore your client work, deepen your self awareness, and examine the relational dynamics that naturally arise in therapy.


Whether you are a trainee seeking clinical supervision to meet your training requirements, a newly qualified therapist building confidence, or an experienced practitioner looking for a fresh perspective, supervision with me offers support, challenge, and growth, all grounded in a collaborative and ethical framework.


Sessions are available online and in-person, with group supervision opportunities for those who value learning in a shared, reflective environment.

 

Individual: £70 per hour session

Group: £55 per person for 2 hours
